Overview

We are looking for a forward-thinking Senior DevOps Engineer to join our infrastructure team. We are looking for someone who views Generative AI as a force multiplier. You will leverage AI tools to automate complex workflows, optimize cloud spend, and accelerate our CI/CD maturity. The ideal candidate lives at the intersection of robust systems engineering and cutting-edge automation, using Python and PowerShell to build self-healing, intelligent infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Azure Ecosystem Management: Design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure using Azure Services (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Batch …).
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Maintain and evolve our environment using automation, ensuring all infrastructure is version-controlled and reproducible.
• AI-Enhanced Operations: Integrate GenAI tools (such as GitHub Copilot/ Claude, Gemini, or Azure OpenAI) into the DevOps lifecycle to automate documentation, generate unit tests for scripts, and perform predictive incident analysis.
• Advanced Scripting: Develop complex automation scripts using Python 3 and PowerShell to bridge gaps between disparate systems and automate manual toil.
• CI/CD Leadership: Own the build and release pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions), ensuring rapid, secure, and compliant software delivery.
  Security & Governance: Implement “Shift Left” security practices, managing Azure Policy, RBAC, and secret management via Azure Key Vault.

Qualifications

Required

• Cloud: 5+ years of deep experience with public cloud infrastructure management (Azure preferred)
• Automation: Expert-level proficiency in Python 3 and PowerShell for systems automation.
• AI Literacy: Proven experience using GenAI tools to optimize coding, debugging, or operational workflows.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills for a 100% remote environment and a “mentor-first” mindset.

Preferred

• Certifications: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert.
• FinOps: Experience using AI-driven insights to manage and reduce cloud consumption costs.
